It's hard to put your finger on George Vala's style. With an extensive background in world and orchestral music, years of performing live, and an undying thirst for making people move George hit the dance music scene in 2009 with an arsenal of inspiration. Over the last few years he has honed his sound both as a producer and DJ. His productions have been featured on three Buddha Bar compilations and have garnered support from artists such as Luciano, Paco Osuna, Mark Knight, Darius Syrossian, and more.
Owner of Boom Bam Pow Music, George has been behind two of Boston's biggest house music projects, Sunday Groove and ÆREA. Recently signed to the Smiley Fingers [UK] family, this year promises to be George's best yet. His first solo EP 'She Leaves Marks' is due out this November, along with two new remixes for Alfonso Padilla and Ojos de Brujos.
